Ticket Sales Dates are April 30^th- May 15^th

q Please make sure to complete the top portion of each ticket with name, phone #, and “sold by” information.

q Please put the top portion of the tickets and money collected in the bags provided.

q The bottom portion of the ticket stub is for the purchaser.

Ticket stubs and money collected by families must be turned into your child’s Class Room each day in bags provided.

Additional tickets are available to all families as they complete the sales of their initial 20 and turn in stubs and money.

The more tickets you sell the better chance you have to win Disneyland tickets for your family!

IMPORTANT RULES—PLEASE READ

1. All tickets are to be sold STRICTLY OFF CAMPUS! NO TICKET SALES ALLOWED AT SCHOOL (requirements of LAUSD)

2. Students may not sell tickets; only adults may sell tickets.

3. Winner of Drawing Cash Prizes MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
